Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure Senior Analyst – Site Support to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex infrastructure projects such as wireless upgrades, Network MDF upgrades, OT segmentation, and Teams Voice deployments. This role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow, change management, and vendor management, combined with the ability to provide comprehensive tier 1, 2, and 3 support. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational, planning, and communication skills, along with a customer-first mindset and a positive, curious, and engaged attitude.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction
This position Does Not Have Direct Reports
This position is in person and not remote.
Collaborates with other Technical Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts, and end users
Responsibilities
Lead and manage infrastructure projects including wireless network upgrades, Network MDF upgrades, OT segmentation, Teams Voice implementation, and other related initiatives.
Provide end-to-end vendor management: coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
Deliver tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support for IT infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Utilize ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management; ensure all changes follow established processes and documentation standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business units, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and support.
Develop, maintain, and enforce IT infrastructure standards, documentation, and best practices.
Proactively identify infrastructure risks and performance bottlenecks, recommending and implementing solutions.
Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and projects while maintaining high-quality customer service.
Communicate technical information effectively to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Travel to remote sites as needed to support infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Foster a positive, engaged, and proactive work environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
Follow established safety and environmental policies, procedures, and methods applicable to the work area.
- Provide after-hour technical support as needed.
Perform other duties as necessary.

SALARY INFORMATION:
Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for Connecticut. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as spanet and business considerations. Pay Range: $97,863 annually - $157,990 annually.
