Systems Integration and Test Engineer Lead job in Scottsdale, Arizona is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Aerospace / Defense company. In this job you will be a lead for our Space Development Agency (SDA) Ground Entry Point (GEP) program.
Responsibilities:
- Leads formal witnessed test events and produces test reports
- Develops Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) to map requirements to verification activities, showing how each requirement is tested and validated
- Coordinates with Systems Engineering leadership and other I&T teams to support test plans and procedure development for enterprise level end-to-end testing to verify overall SDA system requirements and functionality prior to transitioning into formal operations.
- Support requirements analysis, requirements definition, requirements management, functional analysis, performance analysis, system design, detail trade studies, systems integration and test (verification), validation and interface definition studies of subsystem or system elements under supervision of the lead systems engineer
- Supports the generation of technical engineering products by using the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the system development life cycle
- Provide leadership and/or direction to I&T team and other lower level employees
- Independently determines proposed approach to solutions
- Contributes to the completion of major programs and projects
- Regular contact with senior levels of internal work groups and external customers
- Travel may be required during GEP site integration and test activities
Qualifications:
- U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics and 5+ years of experience, or Masters degree and 3+ years of experience.
- Systems Engineering, Integration and Test, Satellite Communications, Modems, Antenna Systems, and Troubleshooting experience
- Systems Integration and Test Leadership experience
- Experience developing test plans and test procedures to verify system and subsystem requirements
