Tool Room Coordinator and Attendant

Job Description:

Inventories, stores, and distributes hand tools and other equipment.
Maintains tool functionality, calibration specifications, and safe condition by performing frequent inspections of tools and equipment for wear, defects, or damage.
Keeps an inventory of tools by tracking the distribution of tools and users in a database or other system.
Orders new tools and equipment or repairs tools as needed

Experience in an industrial environment with familiarity of heavy machinery, special tools, calibrated tooling, test equipment, and common hand tools
High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager
Requires 1-3 years of related experience
