We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector with 1-2 years of manufacturing or inspection experience. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in using basic hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges, as well as the ability to read and interpret part drawings, blueprints, and written specifications. Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and email, is essential, along with strong math skills. The role requires the ability to work both in a cross-functional team environment and independently, showcasing problem-solving and organizational/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections using measurement tools to ensure product quality and compliance with AS-9100 standards.
• Read and interpret engineering mechanical drawings to extract quality expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues.
• Document and organize inspection results for quality assurance purposes.
• Perform problem-solving tasks to identify and rectify defects or discrepancies.

• 1-2 years of manufacturing or inspection experience.

Work Environment

The role is based in an aviation manufacturing facility that is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs and adhere to DOT drug testing requirements.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, TX.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
