Bring your technical skills and precision to a role where quality and craftsmanship matter. Youll work on complex assemblies, interpreting engineering drawings and applying your expertise to deliver components that meet exacting standards. In a collaborative environment, youll contribute to continuous improvement and help shape the future of aerospace manufacturing.

What youll be doing
•tAssemble components and complete production acceptance testing to strict specifications.
•tInterpret and work from technical drawings, specifications, and test instructions.
•tApply 5S principles and continuous improvement practices to maintain high standards.
•tPerform turning and grinding operations, and design or make tooling when required.
•tEnsure compliance with FOD and COSHH requirements throughout all activities.

Job Requirements:

What you'll bring
•\tA full Level 3 engineering apprenticeship and proven fitting experience in aerospace or automotive.
•\tStrong understanding of specifications, procedures, and quality standards.
•\tAbility to work flexibly and contribute to improvement initiatives.
•\tSkilled in assembly techniques, with experience in turning and grinding; electrical knowledge is a plus.
•\tAttention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance.
