Officer, Ticketing Operations

Report To

Senior Officer, Ticketing Operations

Position Summary

To perform Reservations & Ticketing functionalities, provide appropriate solutions/products to all walk-in customers with highest degree of courtesy in a manner to ensure sales targets and procedures are adhered all time.

Key Accountability
  1. Process booking, Ticketing & up-sell relevant MAB products whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
  2. To attend to internal and external customer pertaining to Reservations and ticket issuance, refund matters
  3. Guide customer on the online booking facilities
  4. To ensure customer issues are resolved by securing the relevant information and finding a suitable resolution.
  5. To attend to customers promptly and according to standard operating procedure (SOP).
  6. Responsible for handling Business Class, Economy Class, Enrich Platinum, Enrich Gold, Enrich Silver and all customers as per set standard set
  7. Ensure all daily sales collections are tally with sales for the day and are submitted to the relevant areas.
  8. To assist superior and provide support with respect to delegated tasks/ assignments.
  9. To deliver Genuine Malaysian Hospitality. To be courteous, helpful and attentive at all times.
  10. Well versed and updated in all Res and ticketing policies, procedures and processes and in compliance always.
  11. To carry out any other task as assigned by Immediate Superior
Qualification & Working Experience
  • Diploma in General Administration & Management or any other related field.
  • High school certificate (SPM/STPM)
  • Experience in customer services is an advantage
Skill & Knowledge
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, committed and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • Courteous and pleasant personality, positive attitude, team player with good and Excellent manners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  1. Constantly be mindful of anti-trust and privacy regulations
  2. Responsible & accountable for their Sign-in codes
  3. Monitoring of ticketing activity and ensure all types of services are
  4. carried out smoothly and efficiently
